EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN FORMATION OF THEIR READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

The process of professional self-development of future teachers and their readiness for 
this process are deǤned in the paper as an important and signiǤcant problem based on the analysis of the related literature and regulatory documents. In the search for resources in the formation of the readiness under consideration, it is proposed to dwell on the educational activity of future teachers as an important component of their professional activity. According to the author, this readiness of future teachers for activities related to their professional self-development should be formed through a variety of activities and certain tasks that reꥢect the organisation and implementation of extracurricular activities of schoolchildren. The main activities are: the development of an individual trajectory of development; active participation in pedagogical competitions, master classes,  forums  and  festivals;  the  use  of  active  forms  of  interaction  with  children, including educational ones, etc.
