Peculiarities of Emission Mossbauer Spectroscopy of Chalcogenide Semiconductors on the Isotope 119mSn Using Parent 119mTe Atoms

 Information on the valence and coordination states of daughter 119mSn
atoms obtained from parent 119Sb and 119mTe atoms at cation and anion
sites of lead chalcogenides has been acquired by emission Mössbauer
spectroscopy with the parent 119mTe isotope in a mobile radioactive
equilibrium with its daughter 119Sb isotope. It is shown that the relative amount of produced tin atoms in different valence and coordination
states depends on the time after preparation of Mössbauer sources. The
displacement of a part of daughter 119Sb atoms from initial positions of
parent 119mTe atoms as a result of decay is demonstrated. Similar results
have been obtained for arsenic chalcogenides in vitreous state as well
