Motivating role of “social justice” in conditions of collective labour

Salary is a paramount factor in choosing both an employer and employees. Companies
have different criteria for evaluating the work of their staff, and nowadays the familiar
system of fixed salary is gradually losing its relevance. According to many executives,
it is much more efficient to form salaries based on results achieved. Business leaders
try to deviate from the standard salary system. Fixed salaries largely “relax” employees
and often limit their potential and development as professionals. When income directly
depends on the quality and quantity of the work done, an employee takes his/her
responsibilities with higher enthusiasm and responsibility, which has a positive effect on
the development of both the company and employees.
