The author of the paper analyses the strategies that can be used by participants of the
mechanism for reconciling economic interests at the information hub “Building site”.
Disclosure of their private values in opening a register of potential participants in shared construction is proved to be a dominant strategy. The author considers the available strategies for developers that can turn into the ζ, ι and ω types in accordance with the amount of agents of different types (α, ε bij, γbij, β) and expected costs.
