The results of the research on teenage alcoholisation in its psychological aspect are analysed in the article. The author describes the role of a personality’s relations as key components of the world image in determination of alcoholic behaviour of teenagers during alcohol dependence forming. It is shown that distortions of a personality’s relations lead to the increase in emotional tension in various life situations, which acts as a precondition for alcohol ingestion by teenagers. When the alcohol dependence forms, distortions in social learning and adaptation take place, a person’s negative attitude to himself/herself and people around increases, the system of personal relations gains a conflct character, and distorted images of Self and the world are formed.
