Features of forming legal consciousness of studying youth are revealed in the article.

The author studies pedagogical conditions of the formation of young people’s legal

consciousness and reveals methods and forms of legal consciousness formation. Methods of legal consciousness formation are understood as ways of the interconnected activity of tutors and students, directed at solving legal education problems. Forms of legal consciousness are meant as concrete actions of educational work. The presented model acts as a theoretical image forming the educational policy basis. Besides, the model of legal consciousness involves the formulation of basic provisions, which promote the achievement of legal education objectives. Legal consciousness of the younger generation is a determining category, whose content is defied by the set of objectives.
