Attachment is studied in the paper as a factor of the development of psychosomatic
disorders among children. The mechanisms of forming of psychosomatic disorders
among children with attachment disorders are analysed. The author summarises the
fidings of the empirical studies confiming the interrelation of attachment formation
disorders and somatic vegetative reactions in the form of psychosomatic disorders
among infants (32 pairs of mothers and 3–4-month infants), insecure attachment and
the presence of psychosomatic disorders among preschool children (64 pairs of mothers and 2–3-year-old children). The results of the study among 50 children of primary school age (including 27 children with gastrointestinal tract diseases) confim the relationship between attachment disorders and psychosomatic disorders.
