The author’s understanding of professional and personal self-development of future

teachers is presented in the paper. Pedagogical support of professional self-development of future teachers in teacher training university is considered. Four stages of pedagogical support are presented and features of each stage are revealed. Pedagogical techniques, forms and methods are allocated for each stage. The effiency of the usage of pedagogical support is presented.
