BRIEF REMARKS AS AN EXPRESSION OF EMOTIONAL EVALUATION

The aim of the article is to consider linguistic means associated with the identifiation of
certain emotional states of an individual. In the process of interpersonal communication
brief remarks serve as indicators of human emotions and render personal reactions to the communicative situation as a whole and its particular aspects. Such statements represent the individual’s hidden commentary of the perceived external speech and, consequently, express diffrent types of assessment – sensory, aesthetic, ethical, rationalistic, etc.
