For the fist time in scientifi literature on Yakut folklore udagan algyses (shaman’s
blessings) are considered and classifid. Thir general characteristics and detailed
description are given in the article. In the author’s opinion, they represent a separate
aspect of Yakut blessings and became a basis for the formation of ceremonial and
shamanic poetry of the Yakut people.
