The task of the article is to analyse the thematic modiU cation of the anti-utopia genre over the last few years and the stylistic modiU cation of anti-utopia in cinema as a particular manifestation of the domination of quasi-culture, basing on the example of the creative work of Andrew Niccol, the American U lm director, and his movies “Gattaka” (1997), “The Truman Show” (1998) and “In Time” (2011).
