Abstract. The article focuses on the readiness of flight personnel for flights. The authors review research works that reflect the need for psychological tracking during the preparation for flights, studying the flight mission, conducting trainings in order to reduce aviation incidents.
The “Methodology for Diagnosing the Readiness of Flight Personnel for Upcoming Flights” is presented. The technique is simple in application and data counting, and will be useful for psychologists, deputy squadron commanders for military-political work and flight crew commanders.
