Abstract. The article discusses modern approaches to predicting strategies for the
formation of information literacy of students. The phenomenon of information literacy, the
genesis of this phenomenon, its criteria and elements are considered. The authors establish the correspondence of the levels of change in pedagogical practice in the context of digital transformation of education to the levels of interaction of students with digital educational materials.
