THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ROUTE BASED ON THE STUDY OF PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCIES OF STUDENTS

Cultural, economic and social transformations in the world have put forward new
requirements for the education system, in particular, for training of teaching staff. An active search for ways to improve the efficiency of educational activities, taking into account the needs of social development, leads scientists to the competence-based approach, which is an indicator that responds to changes in the information and communication environment. With the help of the competence-based approach, a certain set of personality traits is created, which allows you to work in the new market conditions according to the requests of employers. The development of an individual educational route as one of the effective tools of the educational process, facilitating professional self-determination, is possible only within the framework of the communicative approach in the “teacher – student” relations system with the formation of the necessary professional competencies. The paper examines the professional pedagogical competencies of students for further building of an individual educational route, substantiates the essence of the concept of “communicative competence of future artists-teachers” on the basis of a competence-based approach, taking into account modern trends in the development of art education.
