INNOVATIVE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR LEGALTECH TEACHING IN HIGHER LEGAL EDUCATION

Based on the conducted research of the market needs, the author of the paper considers
the possible models and mechanisms of transformation of educational programmes
and educational environment for professional training of lawyers, which will ensure
that future professionals receive the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of new
technologies. The author actualises the problems arising in the process of the “conflict”
of qualifications, differences in legal cultures and principles of law enforcement, on
which legal systems are based.
