The publication is devoted to the study of cognitive and emotional disorders in patients
with acute cerebral circulatory disorders (ACCD). It was revealed that post-stroke
patients have emotional disorders at the level of subclinical manifestations of anxiety
and depression. Men have a higher degree of cognitive decline than women. The degree of cognitive impairment is higher in patients with secondary education, which may be
associated with the phenomenon of “cerebral reserve”.
