A MATURE DEED: THE CREATIVE PROCESS AND CREATIVITY OF PERSONALITY

The article examines creativity as a process and creativity as a personality trait. The participants of the study were 108 people aged 30–50. The experiment procedure is designed to deploy decision-making in the task on a deed as a creative process consisting of successive stages. The study revealed that the level of maturity of deeds in creative subjects is higher than that of subjects with medium and low creativity.
