BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING AEROBICS IN CHINA’S MODERN EDUCATION SYSTEM

Currently, improving the quality of education is a key trend in the reform of the 
educational system in modern China. Quality education from schools to colleges 
and universities should be based primarily on the real needs of human development, 
taking into account the social factor, in order to fully develop the creative abilities 
of students. The article identiBes the key indicators of the educational process. Only 
in correlation with these aspects aerobics can become a necessary component of a 
comprehensive harmonious educational system in modern China. The author notes 
the most common negative factors that affect the effectiveness of aerobics classes, 
as well as the optional status of this discipline. The article summarises the main 
principles of the strategy for the development of teaching aerobics in the modern 
education system of China. It is emphasised that teaching aerobics as a discipline 
can  become  an  important  tool  for  improving  the  quality  of  general  education  in 
modern China.
