RELATIONSHIP AND STRATIFICATION OF TARGET AREAS OF THE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS WHEN FORMING A SPECIALIST’S ENGINEERING THINKING

The article studies the phenomenon of engineering thinking of a specialist in order to 
obtain objective reliable grounds for further improvement of the system of professional 
engineering education and the pedagogical process of specialist training. The article pre-
sents the results of the formalised structural analysis of the phenomenon in the essential 
objective perception of respondents, related to the subject 来eld with integrated account-
ing of results obtained by other researchers in this 来eld of knowledge. The results ob-
tained through solving the problems of statistical analysis and systematisation of data 
in a graphical form give reasons to determine the quantitative ratio and strati来cation of 
the subject of study, i. e. target areas of the pedagogical process, correlated for further 
determination of the forms and methods of training. The results can also be useful for 
the development of teachers’ training methods for the engineering professional sphere.
