IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR” DISCIPLINE USING FILM CASES

The article presents the experience of implementing the “Organisational Behaviour” discipline using film cases in classes conducted by a teacher together with students. These classes are considered by the author of the article as collaboration lessons: a “subjectsubject relationship” is built between the teacher and students acting as film trainers. In this intersubjective interaction, the teacher presents the theoretical part of the topic, and students propose to discuss a movie case made in accordance with a developed algorithm. The collaboration lesson is carried out in the context of pedagogical facilitation, based on the phenomenological theory of C. Rogers.
