DESIGNING OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES IN CONDITIONS OF THE NEW EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article is focused on the technologies of designing effective educational programmes in the context of the new requirements for the quality of educational programmes and the educational environment. The experimental work revealed the technologies for modularisation of educational programmes and clustering of the educational environment that are most productive in practice. The analysis of the practical application of these technologies (since 2010) made it possible to determine their advantages, as well as risks caused by the “conflict” between the formal requirements for the design of educational programmes and real attempts to meet the needs of the employer and the student.
