The approaches to understanding the value and semantic bases of psychological well-
being are described in the paper. The content of psychological well-being is revealed,
and its connection to semantic, living and value orientations are substantiated. The author describes the results of the empirical investigation of the value and semantic content of a person’s psychological well-being.
