The article presents the results of the theoretical research in the Beld of pedagogical
conditions for the formation of emotional and volitional qualities of cadets of the
National Guard Forces Command of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis,
the authors deBne the concept and structure of emotional and volitional qualities, the
model of their formation and pedagogical conditions. The main scientiBc results include
the speciBcation of the concept and structure of emotional and volitional qualities, the
design of the model of their formation and identiBcation of the pedagogical conditions.
The results can be used in modern pedagogy, psychology and educational practice.
