The article proposes new ideas on improving educational work of a subdivision com-
mander aimed at cohesion of his unit, since it is important for successful fulfilment of studies and troop duty. the author describes the structural and systemic approach as a methodological base for successful and effective cohesion of a military unit, the essence and structure of cohesion. The article is of practical intarest to teachers, adjuncts, comanders of cadet units of National Guard Forces Command military institutes.
