The article is devoted to the conceptual and methodological scheme of formation and
development of children and adult communities. The author describes the conceptual
and methodological ĥeld that contains methodological approaches, principles and lead-
ing ideas; structural components of the ĥeld of productive interaction, such as self-
knowledge, organisation of value learning, and group interaction; process-algorithmic
and reɞexive-estimative ĥelds.
