The type of civil political identity in different state-territorial formations takes varied
forms. Public and civil sovereignty, individualised ethics, the principles of tolerance,
freedom, responsibility belong to invariant positions of the European type of civil identity.
One more principle has received justification in the work, its value increases in the
context of acceleration of globalisation processes. It is a principle of social communicativeness, which is a basis for identification of various formats of geopolitical integration.
