The paper presents the notion of horizontal organisational link. The author analyses
theoretical sources describing the organisational structure notion and formulates a
concept implying a mandatory basis for creating a horizontal organisation – a process
organisation structure. The author also works out principles of forming a horizontal
organisational structure.
