In conditions of intensive enhancement of the artificial environment zone, the value of
natural resources increases. Natural resources provide conservation of natural forms of life and satisfy aesthetic and material needs. Existence (quantity) and quality of natural capital considerably determine the diapason of relevant and perspective directions of innovative development. The author of the paper makes an attempt to reveal the lines of dynamics (theory of information society, consumer society, risk society) which define contours of post-industrial society. The ecological aspect is considered as the main factor providing the development stability and transformation vector.
