Abstract. The article substantiates the relevance of analysing the experience of teacher training under the Master’s degree programme as a resource for the development of domestic pedagogical education. The authors reveal the conditions for successful construction of the process of professional training, whose implementation contributes to the professional formation of a specialist’s competitiveness: formation of integrated competence, a modular curriculum, selfregulated learning strategies.
