Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the article defines the concept of readiness
for professional work, specifies its particularities and components of readiness for
professional activity of a future lawyer. The author proves the relevance of studying the
problem in the professional pedagogical orientation of a future specialist. The author
also analyses the quintessence of the paradigm of interpersonal support, forms of its
realisation, and its importance in shaping the educational orientation of a future lawyer.
