The integration of Russia and Azerbaijan is studied in the paper as a factor of realisation
of industries’ institutional potential. Factors conditioning the possibility of integration
between the countries are revealed. The authors draw conclusions and propose basic
measures for strengthening the integration of industries of the two countries.
