 Th role of socio-psychological factors of interaction optimisation in a group of middlelevel managers is regarded in the article. Th active and passive types of interaction at the behavioural and emotional-cognitive levels are analysed. Th role of formal and informal sociometric status of group members is stressed, and the link of attitudes towards top managers and colleagues with effctive forms of interaction of middle-level managers is emphasised.
