The problems of sustainable and equitable management of the territory are considered
in the article. Basing on the cartographic and statistical data, the author analyses the
economic and geographical location, natural and land resources of rural administrations of the Bor urban district. The author also reveals the reasons for the low dynamics in the development of agriculture, transport and energy systems, low attractiveness of the area for tourism. Practical recommendations for improving the indicators under consideration are given.
