 The commercialisation of the education service market promoted the formation of the
branch characterised by the increasing sales volume and consumers capacity. Reforming
of the system of higher education fiancing is relevant and will fially make it possible to
defie prospects for the education service market development and to trace the ways of

consumers and regional economies’ need for skilled labour.
