 The article is focused on possible methods of monitoring and assessment of an image of
a company as an employer and organisation of the work on forming the company’s image
at the labour market among young professionals and students. Th authors conducted
a research among students of diffrent Moscow universities in order to detect the most
effctive communication channels in the work with young specialists for creating an
attractive image of a company as an employer.
