Th article is devoted to the pedagogical activity as a creative and regulatory one: a
teacher can act on request of school, use ready-made pedagogical algorithms or create
something new on request of the Ministry of Education. Creativity appears when
there is a need “to go beyond the situation”, consciously set goals and achieve them
successfully. Pedagogical creativity is based on the need to transform the world and
realisation of this need.
