POSITIONAL PRINCIPLE OF TRAINING A MUSICIAN-PERFORMER T O PLAY THE KEYBOARD INSTRUMENT IN THE HISTORY OF MUSICAL PEDAGOGICS

 Th positional principle of training as a base of playing movements of a musicianperformer has not been studied within an independent research in musical pedagogics. Various sides of this principle were mainly considered, which did not conduce to holistic analysis of the problem. Accordingly, the article is one of the fist attempts to analyse the concept and evolution of the development of the position principle in training through the example of keyboard instruments and also to show its important role in the educational process in the history of musical pedagogics.
