The  article  proves  the  importance  of  the  philosophical  analysis  of  entrepreneurship, which brings entrepreneurship beyond specialised research to the level of philosophical generalisations. Phenomenological analysis of entrepreneurship suggests the presence of three stages in the evolution of the normative matrix of entrepreneurship, which helps to build the normative functioning of entrepreneurship in culture.
