Abstract. The article deals with the main problems of adolescent schoolchildren identified by the study on the characteristics of modern adolescents in the conditions of digitalisation of the educational environment. The authors consider the expansion of pedagogical support through the use of digital tools and describe the possibilities of modern digital tools as new means of providing pedagogical support in solving adolescent personal and behavioural problems such as problems of interpersonal communication, self-identification and interaction with peers.
