Abstract. The article is aimed to discuss and reveal the functionality of a digital coworking space for the development of teachers’ information security culture in secondary education. Teachers’ information culture includes their information security culture known as the unity of teachers’ conduct and professional thinking in an information space, which develops the state of protection of their basic interests from threats that information impact causes in diverse spheres of people’s life, including their professional activity. A digital coworking space in education is characterised as a complex multifunctional portal that utilises capabilities of platforms and tools to create a space where all actors in education interact in shared spaces, private zones, educational zones, and meeting rooms. The paper describes the teacher support system aimed at the development of teachers’ information security culture in a digital coworking space, which is self-organised and based on the ideas of self-education, independence, and introspection. The results of implementing the stage-by-stage process of teacher support can be incorporated in the development of a training
programme covering teacher support in a digital coworking space.
