Abstract. This article examines approaches to scientific and methodological support for teachers aimed at organising educational activities in the field of forming and assessing students’ natural science literacy. The authors describe the experience of scientific and methodological support for educational organisations in Saint Petersburg in 2022 in preparation for participation in the all-Russian monitoring of students’ natural science literacy.
