Abstract. The article presents the results of the study on ethnic tolerance of military personnel undergoing military conscription service in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The authors analyse the possibilities of projective diagnostics in the study of the system of interethnic relations in a multinational team of a military unit.
