The article presents the content, methods and means of STEM teaching of important elements of quantum circuitry in the course on quantum computing for 3rd-year students of the Institute of Information Technologies and Technological Education (Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia), namely: teaching the generation of generalised quantum states GHZn gen и Wn gen. At the same time, the content of training implies the joint use of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
