Abstract. The forms of subject-object relations, being forms of freedom and responsibility in society, are phenomena of the manifestation of the essence of freedom in the unity of awareness and autonomy of choice, which manifests itself as the unity of truth and ideal, as well as the unity of freedom and equality, responsibility and justice. It is important to analyse the characteristics of the subject of choice as a carrier of forms of freedom. The analysis of the relationship between freedom and responsibility is carried out by studying the structure of the speculative synergetic model of the “freedom system” within the framework of such forms of freedom as play and study. The creative element in these forms of freedom is associated with its inherent moments of risk, luck or failure, which is one of the most important characteristics of free choice.
