Abstract. The article deals with the problem of identifying psychological markers and

predictors of involvement that do not depend on the activity or space of involvement. From the standpoint of systemic anthropological psychology, the definition of the state of involvement is given, indicators of short-, medium- and long-term involvement are described. Based on the empirical study, the author reveals the psychological characteristics of students who are highly, moderately and weakly involved in activities, and predictors of the current state of involvement.
