Abstract. The article presents the productivity of philosophical reflection on the psychopathology of patients. The author describes the philosophical and anthropological view on the concept of intersubjectivity in modern clinical psychoanalysis and the features of the formation of the Daseinsanalytical approach to the interaction between a psychiatrist and a patient. The paper presents the features of the psychotherapeutic technique of L. Binswanger, formed as a result of the synthesis of psychiatry, philosophy and psychoanalysis. The author puts forward a hypothesis about the need to integrate modern intersubjective psychoanalysis with the ideas of the Swiss psychiatrist for a holistic understanding of the patient’s subjective experiences.
