PROFESSIONALLY SIGNIFICANT PERSONALITY TRAITS OF BAILIFF SERVICE EMPLOYEES

The relevance of the study of professionally significant qualities of bailiff service
employees is due to the high requirements for the implementation of this activity, as
well as a significant risk of professional burnout of specialists. The empirical study
involved 675 bailiffs, including 265 women (39.3%) and 410 men (60.7%), aged
21 to 59 years, the average age is 36 years. The study was conducted using a set of
psychodiagnostic techniques: the MMPI multifactorial questionnaire for personality
research; a short indicative selection test (V. N. Buzin, E. F. Vanderlik); Leonhard–
Smishek Characterological Questionnaire to determine the accentuations of character.
The analysis of the obtained data revealed a fairly high level of intellectual development,
the absence of pronounced character accentuations with a tendency to hyperthymia and
demonstrativeness, the risk of a tendency to rigidity and depression.
