PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY AND PERSONALITY TRAITS OF COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEES

The article studies the personality types of Beta employees involved in the commercial
sphere. Their psychological profiles are examined using the Myers-Briggs technique
(MBTI). Using the Well-being, Activity, Mood (WAM) questionnaire, the authors study
the relationship between the mood and well-being of people with their predisposition
to professional activity. The dynamics of changes in these parameters during a working
day is given. The authors draw conclusions and carry out a review of the fundamental
scientific works and modern literary sources.
