The article presents the results of the study on a lifestyle of a person who is successful
in socio-economic terms. It is obvious that any success is based on a leader who
can act effectively. And since modern society is characterised by continuous and
constant uncertainty, it is the leader who bears the burden of unmistakable decisions,
therefore, he/she particularly needs a unique lifestyle, which reflects the high level of
responsibility and accuracy of his/her personality. Within the framework of this study,
the author analyses the scientific approaches devoted to the phenomenon of leadership
and identifies the features of the lifestyle of a leader manifested in all aspects of
his/her private and professional life and interrelated with individual psychological
characteristics.
