Today in social psychology more and more attention is paid to the problem of
organisational identification as one of the factors of the effectiveness of professional
activities of employees. We considered the characteristics of the emotional style as a condition for the involvement of employees in joint activities. The aim of the study
is to substantiate the determinants of emotional styles and to experimentally establish
their influence on the ability to achieve the goals of joint activity in the face of failure,
disappointment and interpersonal resistance. The following techniques were used: the
psychosemantic method (adaptation by E. Yu. Artemyeva); methodology for assessing
organisational identification by G. Kreiner and B. Ashforth; Bergami & Bagozzi graphical
methodology for assessing organisational identification. As a result, a connection was
established between the types of emotional styles and types of organisational identity in
group work.
Keywords: emotions, emotional style, organisational identity, joint activities.
